Dispatch, Tracking & Delivery

• Your order is packed and dispatched on the same day if ordered before 9am Syd time (Monday – Friday)
• You will be notified by email and your tracking number will be supplied
• Use this tracking number so you can watch where your order is travelling on the carrier's website; which can include Australia Post, StarTrack as well as other reputable courier companies.
• All items are covered by full transit insurance unless stated otherwise
• In Australia you should expect your delivery in 2-7 business days of ordering
• In EUA you should expect your delivery in 8-15 business days of ordering
• Rest of the world can vary between 3-4 weeks (due to covid)

Note: We cannot re-direct orders once dispatched, so please triple check the address provided before confirming your order.

International Shipping

• We offer international shipping to a select range of international countries.
• International shipping costs will vary by country and weight. International shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
• Progress of the delivery can be tracked on the carrier's website.
• You should expect your delivery in 5-10 business days of ordering.

International customers (outside Australia) are expected to cover any duties, fees or taxes associated with importing goods into their country.

Each country is different in how they handle import duties and taxes, so please refer to your government's website regarding this matter to know what your final charges will be.

Note for international customers

You may have to pay import taxes and/or customs duties. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the shipment. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly for them. We apologise, but VG Nutrition cannot control these additional costs since they are imposed by the government and not by us or the shipping company you chose to use. Unfortunately, VG Nutrition does not have a way to provide specific duties and fee amounts. It is determined by customs and the courier is simply the collector.
